Returns policy

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within the return window shown on your order so we can arrange a return.

How much is refunded. A return refunds the paid share of the returned item's price only — it does not include delivery charges, the cash-on-delivery fee or gift-wrap charges, since those cover a service that was already provided. In exceptional cases our support team may approve a different amount, with the reason recorded on your order.
